Your Hour of Power

An easy and effective way to boost your energy, maintain your balance and increase your personal power – every day.

Taking an hour every day to do something for yourself that benefits you physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually will have an enormous impact on your health and well-being and on your personal and professional performance.

The Butterfly Program Hour of PowerThe Hour of Power is scheduled time for you every single day.

Use your Hour of Power for something that makes you feel stronger, smarter, clearer, more energised, more relaxed, more knowledgeable. Something to benefit your personal growth and well-being.

You can schedule the whole hour at one time, or you can break it down throughout the day. You may choose to exercise for an hour in the morning, or read for an hour in the evening. Or you may do half an hour of each. You may decide on 20 minutes of meditation, 20 minutes of walking and 20 minutes of reading. Use what works with your schedule and your lifestyle. This may differ from day to day.

When you first start implementing your Hour of Power track what you do each day and for how long. This helps ensure you allocate the full hour and obtain the most benefit. Soon this will become a natural and valuable part of your daily routine.

All too often we devote our precious time to an endless list of tasks and priorities, a list which we refuse to allow ourselves to feature in. Therefore we continually deplete our energy levels without investing the necessary time in our mind and bodies to re-energise and develop our physical and mental abilities.

The more you invest in yourself, the more you have to share with others. The more you learn, relax, strengthen and grow the more you can assist your children, business, partner, customers, colleagues, family and friends.
