Our Women’s Empowerment and Leadership Program is a personal and professional development program designed specifically for women. The purpose of this program is to assist women develop their leadership skills, capabilities and mindset so they can excel in their career and add significant value to their workplace. This program is for women in leadership and those aspiring to leadership roles.

This program focuses on women specifically because we know the positive impact women have on the performance and profitability of a business, yet many organisations struggle to attract, retain, develop and advance female talent.

With our in-depth understanding and unique focus on women, this program guarantees to enhance the performance of women in the workplace. Our education, training and coaching is built on research, study and experience into what makes women successful and participants thrive in our female focused environments.

Structure of the Program

Our program has a unique structure that maximises learning and implementation and minimises the time away from regular work activities. This is one of the reasons for the high level of success of this program.

The program consists of 5 workshops, each 2-hours long and ideally held fortnightly. These are hands-on, practical workshops and the fortnightly break in between gives participants the opportunity to integrate their learning into the workplace. The complete program lasts 8 to 10 weeks and participants make significant positive changes in this time.


Additional One-on-One Coaching:

One-on-one coaching is an optional addition to the program that enables individual participants to focus specifically on their own personal requirements. The organisation may wish to provide the coaching option to all participants, or to select individuals, or allow individuals to select the coaching themselves.
