Mid-Year Check Point

3 Questions to check-in with what you’ve achieved already this year and what else you’d like to focus on..

The Butterfly programSit quietly for a few moments, preferably free from interruptions and mobile phones, and take some time to consider the following 3 questions:

What have I accomplished so far this year?
What else do I want to achieve in the next 6 months?
What area of my personal development do I want to focus on?

What have I accomplished so far this year?

Sometimes we travel through life so fast, moving on from one thing to the next without stopping to acknowledge what we have accomplished along the way. Write down all of your accomplishments so far this year. There will be more than you think. This process helps to build our confidence and self belief as we are taking the time to recognise and appreciate who we are and what we do – something women don’t do often enough!

What else do I want to achieve in the next 6 months?

This is a great opportunity to stop and see what direction you are heading in. What goals are still outstanding for this year? What new goals do you have? Why wait until the end of the year to take stock? Assess how you are tracking right now and decide what else you want to accomplish this year.

What area of my personal development do I want to focus on?

This question guides us to look at who we are BEING, not just what we are DOING. Think about how you would like to grow and develop as a person over the next few months.
