Intensive Program

The intensive coaching program gives you a side-by-side coach available to you either face to face, over the phone or via the internet. With consistent weekly meetings and additional check-ins your coach will assist you through a concentrated period of change. The intensive program is for 3 months and extendable as required.

Session-Based Packages

In a package program your sessions are flexible to schedule in a timeframe that best suits you, such as weekly, fortnightly or monthly, or it may vary. We usually start with the first 2 or 3 sessions weekly or fortnightly to get a clear defined plan, set the focus and build momentum, then move into monthly sessions. Coaching packages consist of 4, 6 or 12 coaching sessions and each is 1-hour, held face to face, over the phone or via internet. You can increase the number of coaching sessions at any time as required.
